justi4jesu:Hello, how much is your rate? I've got some PayPal funds. And what's the rate for Fiverr exchange? |

Warship:Common, you made tanks. How come you couldn't make bullets? |
Islie:Sometimes when I see some people blame the FG for current situation of the Niger Delta, I will just smile. What has become of the $40m? And I hear someone say the FG appointed those who headed the NDDC. Let him answer: who headed the agency? Na one clueless man from far North abi? Did the FG embezzle the money? And the 13% federal allocation, na my grandpa dey collect am? Instead of fighting the corrupt governors and reps they have, they keep blowing up their land... and the FG didn't cease to give them what rightfully belong to them. Thank God we all saw the breakdown of federal allocation to individual States from May 2015 to date. If Biafra gets Independence today, I'm 110% sure say their story no go change. Their leaders will keep cheating them and I won't know who they (Biafrans) will put the blame on. This scenario is quite similar to that of a child given two loaves of bread. He keeps crying and complaining that the his portion is too small. He wants the whole bread whereas he hasn't even eaten the loaves given to him. |

Update: 415 to go! |
We need 1000 people to sign the petition. So far, we've gotten 582 people (as at the time of writing this). Go ahead to sign it too. When the number of people reaches 1000, the petition will be submitted to PayPal CEO, Daniel Schulman. I'm sure the creator of this petition, Rukky Koffi from Ughelli, Nigeria, wrote this with a painful heart: "Today was a sad day for me. I applied to a job online that would allow me earn a full-time income by Nigerian standards (about $1000 a month). I qualified for this job after a rigorous screening process but when it was time to setup my work info, I found out that the company makes payments only via PayPal and at the moment, Nigerians cannot receive payments with their paypal accounts. This hasn't happened to just me. In fact, this isn't the only instance. Imagine spending countless hours building a product to sell in a marketplace only to find that they make their payments exclusively via paypal? This is the situation for countless Nigerians who are motivated..." You can read the rest while signing the petition at https://www.change.org/p/paypal-let-nigerians-receive-funds-with-paypal?recruiter=578161112&utm_source=petitions_share&utm_medium=copylink You ask, "Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" We don't know, and we can't know if we don't get there! Sign yours using the link below. https://www.change.org/p/paypal-let-nigerians-receive-funds-with-paypal?recruiter=578161112&utm_source=petitions_share&utm_medium=copylink Steven Akinyemi from Lagos has this to say to PayPal CEO: "I'm going to be really frank. So you can either skip to the last paragraph or you can read all that is on my mind. If you still have the stereotypical perception of all Nigerians being scammers then I suggest you discard the view now. Providing a half-baked service isn't going to make anyone happy. Your service is analogous to one-way communication systems. We can pay, but we can't recieve. Hilarious! We need to recieve funds in Nigeria too. We've had enough of this sterotypical bullshit. Goddammit! There are scammers in other countries too. Tighten your security or something. Don't deny us the basic essence of using a payment service. If your inability to allow us recieve funds has to do with some unresolved economic partnership or registration of some sort (which I really don't know much about), then you need to get that sorted out. There are a lot of Nigerians hoping to use their paypal account as a two-way payment system. No customer would be happy if your services are a representation of stereotypical judgement of who he/she is. As for me, I prefer a full-baked pie and would never take a half-baked one just for the sake having a pie. Back in 2014 when I heard about PayPal Nigeria, I was so excited and pumped up to create an account. I was like "finally, someone listened." And then I found out we can only pay. And then I shook my head knowing they only listened to the part that made sense to them. I went back to my MC services unsatisfied and a bit angry with PayPal. Well I got used to the disappointment and really hoped I will never hear the name again. Until today. I saw this petition. And I knew this could be the time to change something. A change that will allow Nigerians to recieve funds through PayPal or a change that changes nothing. If it turns out to be the former, I promise not to feel disappointed, I will just move on with life like nothing really happened. I will grab my MC card and smile. It's been a great bud over the years. PayPal can either do something about this petition, or we can just sit here and watch as PayPal Nigeria rolls into Sahara desert. A lot of things is wrong with Nigeria already, please don't make it harder." CC: Lalasticlala, fynestboi, mynd44... this might be a turning point for hardworking freelancers

Nigeria will be the second country on the African continent, after South Africa, to have La Liga stationed in the country full-time, with league president Javier Tebas visiting for the office's inauguration. Continuing to open up borders, Nigeria is a major market and opportunity for La Liga's outward growth. The league body also have offices in the United States, China and Dubai, in addition to the two in Africa, adding further emphasis to the centrality of Nigeria in expanding into new markets and promoting the league abroad. "One of Spain's strongest institutions, La Liga, is bringing a better future to Abuya," said Spanish embassador to Nigeria Antonio Barnuevo of the strengthening of ties. Tebas has mentioned that with the increased cooperation, Spanish teams could begin visiting Nigeria for pre-season friendlies in the future, promoting he local NPFL in the process. http://www.marca.com/en/football/spanish-football/2016/07/23/5792a676e2704e18578b456e.html

gamargu:Don't mind him jooor... Him dey for one place dey assume wetin dey happen for another man's land. I'm a Corper in Kaduna and I can categorically say that no region in the entire Nigeria is up to par with the northerners in terms of farming. Forget about their low life living, them get crazy money. If they decide to do away with the ipod's oil, they will live. I am sure the Yorubas can't boost of that sha! Call the most hardworking tribe in the country, the northerners will be your special guest of honor. |
this must be the masquerade job lie Mohammed was talking about |
Gold is light years ahead of this guy! The second and last pictures says it all. But, if Adekunle didn't become king in a day, I'm sure my guy will get there - with hard work, consistency, time. |
FXCRAFT:Someone should give this one a dirty slap. Oponu ayerada! So na Jona win abi? Though Buhari is not performing well, na wetin Naija vote for. Who rigs a seating president out of office? In fact, Nairaland should start screening people before they are registered. See how him paint him mumu comment with black ink. The thing come wowo like him brain! And him go dey happy as him dey type oooo...SMH! |
Toktee:Buharimeter not Jonameter |
SeverusSnape:Nawa for this guy oooooo... Even when we all know that Buhari's economic and corruption fight decisions aren't making sense, some well-thinking Nigerians are making waves, finding diamonds in the muddy situation of the country. You are here blindly fighting Buhari and his government. You are spilling trash on Nairaland while Seun is making money out of your ignorance. Look, there came Abacha's government, then Obasanjo, Yaradua, GEJ, and the "dullard's".... After this present one will come another. You can continue spilling trash till then; Oga Seun will have more reason to give thanks to God! |
SeverusSnape:This guy is a bloody id*ot! The moment I saw the moniker, I know someone will spill some trash! I wonder how he reason? I've never read any meaningful comment from him for the past few weeks. |
