The brain is a super jumbo memory interconnected the human being with the Universe accessible by every individual be certain tools and certain knowledge, no human being, dead alive and unborn is out of this connection to the interconnected brain of humanity.
The memory of first human till today and unborn had already interconnected to this super jumbo memory of humanity and the Universe, don't be deceive your memory and that of the dead and unborn is readable by those who have knowledge of it anywhere they may be!
No knowledge is lost and every knowledge known to humanity with Universe is stored and available forever.
Don't think you are isolated to others you are permanent connected to every individual alive, dead and unborn through your brain.

iii. at N145 minus 15% per liter discount price, and government deducted another 15% and remitted it on an account meant for electricity generation and distribution

Black race is a super power race of all the race in this world, although I may not say the exact reason but may be because of it's status as the mother of humanity.
In 1500AD when European entered the coast of Africa for slave trade, millions of African took to the other continents to labor on plantations, that lead to the first economic boom of the whole world, leading to the manufactured of machine that replace or aiding the humanity in hard labor till today.
Since 1500 AD to 1800AD All other continents were served by the black and all the economic prosperity of the world originated from the black labor of 3 consecutive centuries.
It's after the hard labor of the Black race for 300 years that human being started fabricated machine that were using till today, The Capital which is the second resource in investment after Land is originated from the Black race hard labor on plantation in the whole world.
When you are talking of Black you are talking of the survival of humanity is this world!
Although human being originated from Black race, immigrated to other continent, taken to serve the economic survival of the world, stand to save humanity in the first and second world war, leaving her mineral resources to be use to save humanity till today.
Other races take refuge from Black race because Black race is the mother of humanity.
