The supply is were the bigger money seat that is the processing. For example you weighed an 80kg pig by #2,100 that is #168,000 that buyer would be paying. And you processed the same 80kg pig and the carcass weight is giving you 60kg because you have drained out the blood and others. Let say you decided to sell per kilo for #5,000. The entire carcass weight of 60kg would be giving you the sum of #300, 000. You can see why the buyers and the abattoir boys that kills the animals are making it bigger than the real farmers.

‎Thirdly, set up your own mini abattoir where you would be killing your animals for constant supply. Before you know from killing one animal per week or two weeks would lead to killing one animal per day. Ensure your abattoir is always neat and kept clean
