I opted for a savings plan with African Alliance PLC which lasted for 2 years.
After 2 years of savings which ended in December 2022, they are yet to pay the money into my account(as we're currently in May). I have sent several emails putting NICOM in copy, still, nothing was done.
Please what legal action can I take to make them pay this money as they are not just bothered about it?

Hello everyone! I'm intending to study in the uk come September 2023. While I'm waiting for my POF for CAS to mature, I received the following message from the representative of an agent working for Teesside University;
"I'm the staff assigned to follow up with your application henceforth, I'm to ensure your POF is maintained for the required 28days before uploading it on your portal and that the statement is genuine from the bank without any errors"
I actually verified they are genuine agent.
My concern:
*Do I need an agent at this stage of the process?
* She claimed the service is free, so what will they benefit from this service?
Pls kindly help out.
