Is it a scholarship that is fully funded?If yes, he should wey the option of getting a better job and higher position after graduation.

If its self sponsored,and he doesnt have the money,he should concentrate on his work. If he has a sponsor(parent's,uncle,etc),he can collect the job,take study leave and come back later(If that option is available)

My friend is confuse and need people advice, My friends just got employed to federal university as a non teaching staff in the north and just got admission for post graduate in UK, for now is confuse which one to choose. thanks
