Its very creative , time taking and tasking but wen u learn it u will get used to it and its evn fun. When u draw ur arch and after brushing, u apply the foundation on the tip of brow edge to make it clean and perfect. After wich u blend it togther wt ur skin. I saw a tutorial here on NL by Tina fierce, I took my time and when I tried it,twas so perfect. I really like the Foundation application, it made it look like a graphic work, very perfect no flaw. Here's an example of wot I did for mysef. No waxing , threading or wotever

According to Reuters, John and Ann Betar eloped on Nov. 25, 1932, leaving their Syrian neighborhood in Bridgeport, Conn. for New York City to start a new life together in order to thwart Ann’s father’s plan of marrying her to a man 20 years her elder. She was 17 years old and John was 21. "Everyone was hopping mad, and my wife's aunt consoled my father-in-law by telling him not to worry, the marriage won't last," said John, who is now 102.

“John was not the boy next door, but the boy across the street who I loved," said Ann, 98. According to Reuters, they became friendly when he drove her to high school in his Ford Roadster. "That's why she married me, she loved that car," John joked.
To put it in historical perspective, when the couple got married in 1932, the Great Depression was at its worst, Franklin D. Roosevelt had just been elected president, John F. Kennedy was a high school student, and Adolf Hitler was about to come to power in Germany. "We have watched the world change together," John Betar said. "The key is to always agree with your wife.”

According to Reuters, John and Ann Betar raised their family in Bridgeport, where John ran a grocery store before becoming a realtor.

As the Epoch Times reports, the couple now lives in Fairfield, Conn., and has five children, 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. “That’s what makes life what it is. We were fortunate enough to live long enough to see this … and it’s really one of the most gratifying things in the world to see your great-grandchildren, to see your grandchildren become adults,” Ann told the Fairfield Citizen.

However, the couple has also experienced the pain of outliving their children, having lost one son and one daughter due to cancer within the past 15 years. "No matter how many children you have or how old they are, it's the worst thing that can happen to a parent," Ann Betar told Reuters. "But our oldest daughter is 80 years old." So what is the secret to the couple’s longevity?

"They have this wonderful ability to accept life as it comes," their daughter Renee Betar told ABC. "They have a way of trying to look around at the things that they do have -- the family and the blessings. They came from a generation where there is such respect for each other and caring."

John Betar has a few words of advice for newlyweds. "Get along. Compromise. Live within your means and be content," he told ABC, before adding, "And let your wife be the boss."

According to Forbes Africa, former United Bank for Africa (UBA) Managing director, and chairman of Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu made $123million in just three weeks. Wow! Read below...

It’s just paper gains, but it counts. Nigerian banker Tony O. Elumelu has become at least $123 million richer between November 1 and November 21 as shares of Transcorp PLC, a Nigerian-Stock Exchange-listed conglomerate, surged 186% in that period.
Transnational Corporation Of Nigeria, usually referred to as Transcorp, is an emerging conglomerate holding investments in hotels, power and agriculture. On November 1, the company’s stock was trading at N1.87 ($0.01), and at the close of trading today (Thursday), the stock was trading at N5.35 ($5.35). According to an analyst who did not want to be quoted, there has been an unprecedented demand for Transcorp’s shares at the bourse on account of the company’s recent acquisition of the Ughelli Power plant, a strategic power generation company that the government recently sold in a privatization exercise.

Transcorp PLC, under Elumelu’s leadership, acquired the plant for $300 million. Transcorp officially took over the plant on November 1. Investors are scrambling for the stock in anticipation of the long-term impact the new acquisition will likely have on Transcorp’s financial results.

Elumelu began gobbling up shares in the company in April 2011 through his wholly-owned proprietary investment vehicle, Heirs Holdings. In September 2011, he was appointed chairman of the company, promising to diversify the company’s business interests and deliver value to shareholders – promises he seems to have delivered on. He currently owns over 5.7 billion shares of the company (5,745,890,693 to be exact, according to Transcorp’s latest corporate filings), held in his own name and via Heirs Holdings, equating to a 22.26% stake, making him the company’s largest individual shareholder. His shares in Transcorp alone are now valued at N30.7 billion or $188 million.  A representative for Elumelu could not be reached for comment at press time.

Elumelu made his fortune by acquiring a small, struggling Nigerian commercial bank and building it into the United Bank of Africa Group, a leading financial services institution with operations in several African countries as well as in New York and London. He stepped down as the bank’s CEO in 2010 to focus on investing in African businesses through his private investment vehicle, Heirs Holdings and to groom Africa’s next generation of business leaders through his Tony Elumelu Foundation.

A 75-year-old man, Fashola Fakorede, on Thursday urged a Customary Court, in the Lagos suburb of Igando, to dissolve his marriage to his wife, Funke, 49, for allegedly beating him.

Fakorede told the Nigerian customary court that his wife had turned him into a punching bag and also inflicted injuries over his body.

“My wife wants to kill me. She beats me every day. I don’t want to die now, save my life. My wife always beats me if I asked of food or anything. She has turned it to a routine affair, all the scars on my body are as a result of her battery on me,’’ he said.

Fakorede said his wife no longer takes care of him, adding, “she goes out and returns home at will without seeking my permission. She can go out for days and if I queried her, she will hit me with any dangerous weapon she can lay her hand on at that moment.

“And my daughter is also taking her footstep, she brings home different men and my wife will not query her. So, I sent her away from my house,’’ he said.

He urged the court to dissolve the union, saying that he was no longer in love with her and was tired of the regular battery, which had led to his ill-health.

“I am tired of the constant beating, I am afraid this woman will kill me one day. I am not ready to die now,’’ he pleaded.

Funke, a trader, denied the allegations, saying that she did not beat her husband and has always taken good care of him and respected him.

The mother of three, however, accused her husband of denying the children the right to go to school.

“My husband is unable to send any of his three children to secondary school. My husband is not responsible. None of our children went to secondary school, all of them stopped schooling at primary school,” she said.

She said her husband had disowned his daughter, and urged the court not to grant his wish as she still loved him.

“I have no anywhere to go as no man will want to marry me at my age,’’ ‘

The judge, Mr R. I. Adeyeri, adjourned the case till 25 November for further hearing.
