Propaganda... These pictures aren't reflective of the true state of Lagos. Lagos has become the dirtiest and most polluted state in Nigeria.
All these roads are always dirty and traffic-ridden.

Why don't you show pictures of agberos and danfo drivers fighting on the road or keke napap with bumper guards scratching cars on the daily... Show us the drainages blocked with dirt with no LAWMA staff clearing them for months... Flooding nko?

Show us Ikotun, Iyana Ipaja, Ikeja Along, Agege, Mushin, etc. They represent 80% of the real Lagos!

All over the world showcase their good part of their cities. there are lot of slums, dirty places and some nasty things you will never imagined. go to YouTube, you will see a lot of videos of dirtiest/ slums in america, europe and other countries.

when you see some good things just appreciate it and ask for more not just complain of everything.

I never do anyone. Let these people do integrated data collection.

I have a bank account with BVN and voters ID. Why do I need to stand and waste man hours under the sun for national ID. Use the available data and make one.

Make it as seamless as atm card and everyone will have it. It will go a long way in making accessing credit facilities

You don't need to do it again. It has linked to your BVN and driver's license. Use *346# from your phone number.

QuickStandard:

Probably, the "charger board" is faulty, and might need repair.

Cos from what you said, the system is still inverting.

But quick one, if there's no mains, i.e NEPA or Gen, does it still work.

If yes, for how long.

If it still work, then the inverter might be charging, but probably the screen might be faulty.

If it doesn't backup without mains, then it's charger problem.

Revert to me on the above.

I used another charge controller to charge the battery. for now, I can't use the inverter to charge through the main source except through the external charge controller but there is output from the battery.

Dam5reey:

If you have the right tools, you need to reset the inverter.

Disconnect solar connection first, then proceed to disconnect from power source.. left with inverter connected to batteries. Disconnect the battery cables totally, allow the inverter to reset, then connect everything back, if it does not work, consult the manufacturer or an expert mostly where you got it from....

thanks

SolnergyPower:
There is a key information you didn't give and that's, have you used the generator with the inverter before?

I'll be giving advise based on the premise that you've used the generator with the inverter before.

a. Check the frequency of the generator. Most inverters are frequency sensitive. The frequency tolerance of most inverters is in the neighborhood of 50Hz (±2Hz).

b. Check the generator voltage. If the voltage is way too high, you may need to put ON other appliances to step the voltage down before the inverter can kick in. This usually happens when the generator is going bad.

c. If your inverter has selectable charge current, select about 10A and see if the inverter can start charging.

it's been long I used the generator to charge the battery last.
I unplugged it when I discovered it not charging the battery and hearing some noise from it. when now connect to normal power source no sound even the normal working sound.
if turn it on, I get the output volts and the battery level but no sign of it working and charging.

for the fuses, I have tested the fuse one after the other and all tested ok.

I don't know if it has selectable charge current

please I need your help. my 2kva inverter is no more charging my battery
I connect the inverter to the power source but not charging the battery meanwhile, I get output when plug something into the output socket both on battery and power source. i currently use only solar & charge controller to charge the battery now and that is not enough.
It started when I plugged it on to charge when I put on my generator (2.5kva).

Phones / Infinix Hot 7 Pro by olak3: 1:58pm On Mar 20, 2019
In light of the Infinix Hot 7 launch, Infinix Mobility announces a more superior version called the Infinix Hot 7 Pro. As expected, there are tonnes of similar features between the two devices but upgrades in some notable departments. The most conspicuous of these upgrades is found in the camera arena, precisely the rear, where the sensors are doubled. Other increments can be seen in the RAM and Storage sections.

Infinix Hot 7 Pro Key Specs and Features
6.2-inch, IPS LCD capacity touchscreen, 1500 x 720 pixels
Android 8.1 Oreo
Quad-core MediaTek MT6580P CPU with 3GB RAM
32GB built-in storage, up to 128GB with a memory card
Dual 13MP + 2MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera
Fingerprint Scanner (rear)
4, 000 mAh non-removable Li-ion Battery
Infinix Hot 7 Pro
Design and Display
The appearance of the Infinix Hot 7 Pro will get on the right side of many, and vice versa. That’s owing to different reactions to the notched display. That aside, the notch houses the front camera, light sensor, proximity sensor, earpiece and LED flash. It’s practically the same with its brother in this segment.

Thanks to the design and 19:9 aspect ratio, the phone’s 6.26-inch screen delivers enough display for gamers and movie lovers to enjoy. Its resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels provides good clarity of texts and input. At the base of the display area is the bottom chin.

Double sensors are built into the camera module at the phone’s back. A dual-LED flash appears underneath the cameras while a fingerprint scanner is seen not too far away from the above setup.

Battery and Camera
Transsions Holding subsidiary, Infinix Mobility has been able to steal the heart of budget buyers with the assurance of tough battery life. Hot 7 Pro follows that same trajectory with its 4,000mAh non-removable battery. Due to the absence of Fast Charge, you’ll have to spend a considerable amount of time charging the phone’s battery.

Camera-wise, the phone produces superb images by the action of the rear’s 13MP main shooter in conjunction with a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera, on the other hand, brings crisp selfies to life with its 8MP lens.

Hardware and Software
The powerhouse in this device remains the same as the Hot 7, and that’s the MediaTek MT6580P composed of Quad-core 1.3GHz CPU and Mali-400 GPU. Their choice for a low-end chip of this magnitude feels belittling. But then, it causes a considerable drop in the smartphone’s price. That said, a 3GB RAM works with the chip for effective multitasking.

As much as 32GB gives you enough room to store all forms of files on the phone. More good news is that the storage can be expanded to 128GB through a MicroSD card. Infinix’s latest software (XOS Honeybee 4.1), based on the Android 8.1 Oreo OS, gets the software show running on the device.

Family / Tips And Tricks To Ripen Mangoes At Home by olak3: 1:49pm On Mar 20, 2019
This is a proven method to speed up ripening because it not only cuts down the number of days considerably, but also lets partially ripe mangoes be fully done even within half a day. The major purpose that the rice or kernels serve is to allow the natural ethylene gas surrounding the mango to be restricted around the fruit itself, thus facilitating the ripening process.

3. Wrapping the Mangoes in a Newspaper
Whether wrapped in a newspaper or placed inside a paper bag, both the techniques can quicken the ripening of the fruit considerably. The concept behind it is similar to the one above, which involves keeping the ethylene gas trapped around the mango itself. The softness of the fruit and the strong smell are a good sign to know that the fruit has ripened.

Many households also choose to cover them with onions or place apples or bananas along with the mango. These emit more ethylene gas and further speed up the process.
