Yesterday was the Youth Day Celebration of St. Cyprian Catholic Church Agege, and award winning musician Socrates Uduk was there to entertain the youths with his talent.

The powerhouse singer sang a song and he had the audience screaming from the beginning of the song to the end. 

The song titled "You Are Welcome" was the welcome song of the event, but it did more than welcome the audience to the event, as the song made the audience go really gaga, the audience screamed in excitement so much that it was hard to hear the beats of the song.

Present in the event was the Parish Priest of the Church, Rev. Father Augustine Nnemeka and the Assistant Parish Priest  and Youth Chaplain of the Church Rev. Father Emmanuel Anyanwu. As well as other distinguished guests.

The event was hosted by the Catholic Youth Organisation of Nigeria to mark the Youth Day celebration of the year.

The award winning legal practitioner was honoured with the award because of his intelligence as a legal practitioner, his multiple talents and versatility, which has been visible to the public. He was a very popular stage dancer when he was in the University. He has worked musically with award winning musician Jaywon. Musician and dancer Socrates Uduk has announced on his facebook that he will be reverting back to Shakira steps.

The eccentric dancer back in Madonna University, had danced to popular songs by popular artists like Shakira, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Madonna etc and was popularly called Madonna University Shakira.

He made his last school performance in 2010 when he danced on the school stage to "Frozen" by Madonna. Ever since then, he has not publicly danced to Shakira steps. He recently announced on his facebook that he will be reverting back to Shakira steps and said this is because of the persistent request of his fans that he starts dancing to Shakira steps. He recently decided to start dancing to Shakira steps and this got his fans commenting to show their excitement.

Socrates Uduk shook Madonna University stage for five years dancing to so many popular songs until he graduated from the school.
