That's what my Review of Additional Documents currently reads too. "We need more documents to continue processing your application" it has been reading that for 2 weeks now. No new document placeholders and no application message. I called them and also sent them a mail but was told no document is required from me at the moment as they are still reviewing the ones I uploaded when I included my spouse in August. Probably a system glitch. I've also been at IP2 since Aug 16th a day after my spouse was added to the application.

I uploaded PCC for Nigeria. I thought you meant other countries.
I am just worried. Hopefully there is no issue.

Hi Olamide, everyone from the age of 18 years and above requires a PCC from their country and any other country visited where you spent over 6 months. Please research it well, it is possible that is what is outstanding. Also, note that your POF must be increased to the requirement for two people.

I paid all fees and uploaded the requested documents. There was no need for pcc and medical was uploaded for my spouse.

Hi Olamide, when you added your spouse, did you pay the fees for her application, have you done medicals and PCC for her? If you have not done that, i advise you do that and raise a CSE to send the documents asap. I have a feeling that is what they are asking for.

I have a question.
I added my spouse yo my application sometime in August and have been stuck at background check in progress (ip2). I logged on to my account now and discovered that it changed from we do not need additional documents to additional documents are required to continue processing application but there was no indication of what the additional document was and no placeholder. I didn't even get a notification mail.

What do i do?
Please advise

I got married after I got ITA. So it was like I was updating my existing profile. We will be able to travel together.

A bit, thanks. Have you been given ITA before you got married? Now that you just added your husband, would you both be able to travel together. I was led to believe that if a spouse is added after ITA then they both can't travel, that the PA will go first and invite the spouse. Is that true?

Your questionnaire should have different pictures with an explanation of the event that took place when the picture was taken. Also, the questionnaire for your wife should carry different sets of pictures from yours. Note that the additional 10-15 pictures requested are to be attached separately from this questionnaire.

Add ur wedding pictures plus pre wedding pictures, someone who got this request added, hall receipt, phone history btw both of them, pictures( pre, wedding and honeymoon) She Hs PPR now

Going by the bolded parts of ur post, if i were u, i will understand d 10-15 to be inclusive of both the wedding and postwedding pictures...I know I can never resist d temptation of adding at least 5 jara pictures just to be "priding" myself while pretending that i am trying to err on d side of caution.

I will then upload many more different pictures on d questionnaire....not same pictures so definitely they will have more than enough proof.

Yes I registered as a single person then got married during the process so I am adding my spouse now. Hope this clarifies

Dear house, I recently raised a CSE to add my spouse. We were required to upload 10 to 15 pictures for proof of relationship such as wedding pictures and post wedding pictures. There is also a questionnaire that requests for pictures with timeline. The confusion now is we are not sure if the 10 to 15 pictures relates to the total pictures that are to be uploaded or just the wedding and post wedding pictures. People that have gone thru this stage please help.

Also send a mail to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca They reply to that faster than CSE. No need to attach any document in the mail. But while raising CSE, just your marriage certificate should be uploaded. No need to send other documents via CSE. When they reply you and request for documents, new document holders will be created in your profile where you are to upload those other documents including the marriage certificate you uploaded during CSE.

Two questions. Will they attach the additional document requirement when I raise the CSE? while the second one is if I can be proactive when raising CSE to attach documents that I know they will ask in ADR like marriage certificate, schedule A etc or should I just wait for the ADR to come before I provide such documents

Medical passed & UCI assigned: July 18

IP1: July 18

NA2: Aug 01

Got married: Aug 03

Notified IRCC: Aug 04

ADR for Spouse medicals, PCC, marriage cert, proof of relationship, schedule A, travel history,
additional family info, payment reciept for PR application & RPRF: Aug 08

Submitted ADR: Aug 14

Spouse added to application & assigned UCI: Aug 15

IP2: Aug 16

Awaiting PPR

I think it's best your husband sends the balance to your account, cos when you add him to your application, CIC will request for an updated POF for 2... You can add an LOE stating he transferred the money to you to complete the POF.

Thank you very much boldinc. So my husband can send the money to my account and I only print my statement and write LOE about the transfer from him to me without having to attach my husband's statement because I don't want them to see the source being a lump sum from another party.

Hello house, kindly help me with this question. I already have AOR and I am about to get married so I need to update my application. I provided enough POF for one, my husband has the balance required for two people but the money is barely one month old and the inflow was a bulk inflow into his account. Can he just invest it in tbills now and I just attach the tbills letter alone as the balance in my CSE to avoid printing his statement or do I have to attach all the POF documents I initially attached with my application along with his tbills letter.

Please I also need to know if there will be any issue with the balance funds amount not being up to 6 months. Hopefully we can avoid the issues of preparing a gift deed to explain the inflow because I also did a gift deed for an inflow into my account when I submitted. Thanks
