Beautyaddy:
Are you saying that it took almost a year before your private insurance was approved? Hmmm...that's strange.

Anyway, take all the proof of your insurance statement of accounts sent to you to prove to the VO that you paid all your bills for birthing.
So sorry, I'm meant to write November 2017. Just a month to approve the insurance

Hi everyone. Please I need your urgent thoughts on this.

I traveled to the US while I was 4-5 months pregnant and landed at the hospital on emergency due to complications - I have the doctor's report to prove that i was not fit to fly back to Nigeria.

The intention was to visit my dad who lost his wife earlier that year (That was my second visit on that visa).

I was enrolled for a private insurance (USA) in October 2017, and got approved in November 2018. The premiums for the 3 months were paid in full.

Unfortunately, baby came at 29 weeks, earlier than usual due to complications. Insurance handled the major part of the bill and the balance of my bill was taken care of by the hospital through Charity care (Not government funded according to the hospital).

Now, I applied to renew my visa via dropbox and I have been asked to appear for an interview.

Should I be worried? I have non-indebtedness letter and zero balance statement, also the insurance premium receipts are available.

What other documents can I take along with me?
