I do hear about web apps but I don't know excactly what it is. Please guide me on building one for practice. I use QPython on my android tablet as I don't have a laptop.

web apps that are dynamic websites because they use a database to make it interactive

just download python 3.5.0
and python crash course which will make the development quite easy and fun
