You were actually right... The vo at window 11 gave lot of people white paper but as for, I am very unlucky...I got denied With full funding, personal saving of 35k usd and government organization fund 21k usd. The Korean guy bleeped me up.

Window 11. It was God honestly because I was stammering at a point and I didn’t talk much.
It sort of went like this:
What do you do for work: told her I work with xxxxx
What do you plan to do when you come back ? Told her that I intend to take up a team lead role and the advanced degree I’m about to get will assist with doing that and also my manager has recommended me for it.
She said: I can see you have a tuition scholarship (I still had deficit for housing btw) and I said yes
She asked who is sponsoring me, told her my uncle.. works as xxxxx in xxxx and he has been paying for my education since high school. Told her my grades and she smiled.
Proceeded to give me the white paper.
I don’t know what happened but I know God went before me honestly.
With my koin koin shoe that wanted to break my waist since we had to stand for hours����
