Reason being that, Mr Akinlade of APM voted at his hometown Agosasa in ipokia local govt not owode and he won not only his polling unit but ipokia local govt as a whole

The beauty of Civil engineering.
If not for the factor of safety applied at the rails of that bridge, imagine the disaster that could have occurred. Imagine the rails yielding.... or the cantilever beam span of the bridge deflecting. If u ain't a civil engineer, u won't understand what I mean here.
