Lol. By then the schools we applied to oversea would have resumed. Except those that applied locally. I'm assuming maybe it's the ASUU strike that is delaying them. I think they want to award the scholarships at the same time. Both local and overseas.

I uploaded both NAE Compliance Declaration and Offer letter at the point of application. I got an email last week to download another Compliance Declaration and upload again which I did. Then this week I got a call to re-upload my offer letter.

A close friend was a winner sometime ago. As it was explained to her, the top 5 in the exam are selected for foreign, then the next 5 are selected for local - it was AGIP staff that explained it on the day they were to collect the award letter

Though when the application first started, there are some that already downloaded the compliance form that are not of 2022/2023 own sha.
We can't rule out that those that have been contacted have a glimpse of hope.
