A close friend was a winner sometime ago. As it was explained to her, the top 5 in the exam are selected for foreign, then the next 5 are selected for local - it was AGIP staff that explained it on the day they were to collect the award letter

Yeah. We want to know weather it's only successful candidates they contacted.

Please note that I didn’t say that I have gotten the offer o. We are all still waiting and trusting God.

I uploaded both NAE Compliance Declaration and Offer letter at the point of application. I got an email last week to download another Compliance Declaration and upload again which I did. Then this week I got a call to re-upload my offer letter.
