Lemme bust ur lies. FG did not invest in telecommunications. The sector was liberalised and private pple came in, the fg just gave them licenses and enabling environment in terms of rules and laws. It was GEJ that increased minimum and pls check on the number of private universities that have been approved since GEJ came on board. 9 new universities were approved few weeks ago.
