u'l be required to tender some documents i think you cant have nw until u're atleast a session-year-old. Basically, Agbami Scholarship is meant for 200level n above. Since, u're a D.E student, kindly wait til nxt registration. However also, its restricted to some courses. I tried it too but i ran away wen i cudnt proceed on dat reg. Go to their websites, u'l see the requirements. Or u can go the official federal scholarship board website where you'l see many scholarship opportunities for you. But as i said earlier, 99.5% of the require most things newcomers cannot get early enough

GEJ probably promised all these positions to the North, and probably promised most of the rest to the South East to get the votes he did.

Someone said GEJ disgraced northern politicians in PDP to win the nomination but GEJ disgraced no one, but rather sold his soul for votes.

This is exactly the same thing he did with the minimum wage which he raised to garner popularity, but left the state governors to deal with the mess since they had no money to pay it. Rather than fight corruption GEJ then jacked up petrol prices on the first of the year when the governors made it clear he had to find money for them to pay his minimum wage.

Try out this:
If S is the set of positive integers that are multiples of 7, and if T is the set of positive integers that are multiples of 13, how many integers are in the intersection of S and T?

(B) One
(C) Seven
(D) Thirteen
(E) More than thirteen

S= {7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63, 70, 77, 84, 91, 98, 105 ....}
T= {13, 26, 39, 52, 65, 78, 91, 104 ....}.
I jsut wrote these equation for better understand and for the fun of it.

But under normal exam condition. My answer is surely A cos both numbers ( 7, 13) are prime numbers hence there cannot be any intersection between them.
