My wife's PPR is out. I applied on 19th December 2022 (with upfront medical). PPR issued on 2nd March.

Thanks sooo much for your contribution. It was this thread that made me apply for SOWP for my wife. Initially, I wanted to apply for visitor visa but people advised me against it and recommended I apply for SOWP instead. I was initially scared about the processing time I was seeing on cic, but PPR has just been issued in just 2.5 months.

Please can you also help as my study permit has just recently been approved. Can you send the link on step by steps on how to apply SOWP for my wife and a minor

Guy, IRCC served me hot breakfast Yesterday. I submitted SOWP for my wife and VV for my 5month old baby.
Application submitted on 29 Jan 2023
biometric done on 31 Jan 2023
upfront medical submitted.
Medical Passed 09 feb 2023.
Refusal 06 March 2023.
Reason: You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse is a full-time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in Canada. Refused under R205(c)(ii).
I submitted all documents apart from acceptance letter and enrollment form. Guys what should I do now?

Please can you tell me how to apply from Nigeria as my study permit as already been approved? I want to apply for my wife and child

Congratulations � I am very happy for you... Abuja is direct and faster however if you did your biometric in Lagos you may have to pay an additional fee if you send it to Abuja
