You might need to contact your school's admission advisor to get the details of the school account.
In my case, the school instructed me to go through peerTransfer to make the payment.

Within 2 weeks, it should be sorted. All Form A requests are being compiled and sent to CBN weekly from every bank (every wednesday). I paid 5,000 for the form. And I am being charged at 199 naira - 1 dollar.

I ll advise you to be fast since I just made this transaction today and the rate hasn't changed yet.

On the research part. Go to your department website, look at the researches they are working on, or research of your interest and use that. When it comes to courses, by now you should have seen courses that are listed to be taking by new students, so mention those. For example. I am going for chemistry research, the course works i will be taking are already listed in the website and each professor rsearches are on their website as well.

you need to research well on the kind of course you are plenty to do. if it's a masters program, you need to know what area of interest you want to look into.
go to your intended school website and look at the courses you will be taking in your first semester

to answer your second question, it depends. If your course is research based most likely you know the area of research you are pursuing from communications with your professor etc. If it's not a research based course, you can explain that. Sometimes VOs ask instead if you know the courses you would be taking, and usually your advisor sends a list of courses with their descriptions. You can always contact the advisor and ask questions even if you can't register for courses yet.
