@Onwan,when the car is park and i rev it up to 4000 rpm,it does not misfire.It only misfires when its on drive.

I have a Benz C280,97 model,the problem recently, is that if u engage the gear  on drive,its an auto transmission,you have to rev the car to between 3000 to 4000 rpm before it shifts from gear 1 to gear 2.But after that it changes smoothly until u step on the brake and cycle continues again

Also when trying to speed up by pressing hard on the gas pedal,the car starts misfiring,by shooting from the exhaust.There is no rough idle,but i think the slow running is not good enough.

Then finally,it consumes fuel,but before these problems the fuel consumption is averagely ok,but now its excessive.

I have done the following,
Replacement of old plugs with new once eventhough they still ok.
Replacement of fuel filter
Replacement of transmission oil,but the transmission oil filter was not change,but the problems still persit.

Please i need you help all the gurus in the house.

outlining all u have bought for your family i think u hv really done well.what anybody says should not bother u.
200k for 9day shld be enough,except u want to show off,besides you spent the better part of your years there scholing,so anybody that does'nt appreciate that fact can go sink themsef in the atlantic ocean.

i had a similar experience after i used the same kind of oil from an Ap filling station.My car is a benz c280,after the change of oil,it started bringing out while fumes and fuel from the exhaust ,infact the white fumes smells like fuel,i realised it the next day,and drain the oil and got a differnt engine oil and that solves the problem.I will advice u change ur oil as soon as possible.

Poster,i dont share your view.police women are highly adultorous,especially the married ones.Each time they are on trainining outside there matrimonial homes they do all sort of funny things including bangging there fellow police men.I know a dozen ad one married female police officers that are involved in this act.So i can touch a  police woman with a ten feet pole.

I Intend buying a car from a lady.But the car is register in another person's name which she claims is her husband.the problem is that,her husband is not in the country for me to easily confirm this information.My concern is this, how do i know she has the authourity to sell the car? Because i want to avoid a situation whereby after buying the car,and  the man comes around and said he did'nt give her permission to sell. Before you know it becomes a police case and all that.So please am seeking your advice on the best way to go about it.All the lawyers in the house i need your opinion.
