In his defence, he actually wasn't a mediocre player when we signed him. He was a decent player under Pep.

But we have failed to get the best out of him. Maybe it's the system or the club. But he lost confidence in himself and it's been a struggle ever since. A couple of other players have also found themselves in similar situations.

Pros- Not only will we get £90m which we can even push to 100 or use add-ons to pump up the price but his covid shifted salaries that's making him one of the highest paid in Europe would be gone which will massively help us with FFP salary margins
Cons-We'll not only lose one of the best midfielders in the world, we'll also massively strengthen man city to new levels in their current era of dominance, Won't want to imagine a rodri-kova-fdj combo, Our midfield will also be "light" as we'll miss his strength, work rate and line breaking runs which help us evade pressing, We all saw how he was missed against vardrid in the oba's cup flogging

I will take Ruben neves over amrabat ,but I won’t take him ahead of zubimendi

The only player we are linked with that I will take ahead of Zubi is kimmich and brozovic

Ruben nevez is not a better passer than zubimendi ,more stronger more robust but not a better passer

I rate amrabat highly at the World Cup ,but when I started monitoring fiorentina I began having some doubts ,take your time and watch this amrabat guy and see for yourself ,man lack technicality ,pure gidigbo footballer

If we end up signing amrabat I will surely support him and I pray he proves me wrong
