People don't rise through the system to be commissioners. They are political appointees. Ben Akabueze was appointed a commissioner under Tinubu's tenure as governor. He is from Anambra.

Aurthur Worrey was also appointed commissioner under Tinubu as Lagos state governor. He is from Delta state.

Two non- Yorubas were appointed as commissioners by Tinubu when he was governor way back in 1999 and you didn't see Yorubas complain. Can you see you have no points?
