Whether you’re presently working with your Cert. or not, should not be a determinant of its value. No matter how many times you draw $ on a piece of paper it still can’t compete with the real one! But different strokes for different folks tho.

They say proliferation of arms is why the United States has a high rate of gun violence. The same arms proliferation abounds in Israel but we never hear of Israelis killing fellow Israelis.
