matify83: Any effort at reducing the handling of physical cash at MDAs will go a long way at stemming corruption.
I hope there is provision for refunds in event of payment errors or payments made without commensurate service rendered.
For example, how will remittance be effected when I pay for an emergency radiograph in a public hospital but discovered they don't have film for the investigation and I had to go outside to get it done?
How about out of stock medications and consumables for which payments may be made but not dispensed?
The circular ordered an immediate halt, stating that all revenues must be remitted to designated TSA or Sub-TSA accounts “without any deduction(s).” Very valid points here. It's going to be close to impossible to get a refund. Even if there is, the process will be longer than long. |

I will suggest you do the following: 1. Take your time to build your finances to a very save level - women follow money, not big D. 2. Build other aspect of your body to complement to complement the seemingly missing size. Muscles. Brain and all. 3. Only date (or marry) Virgins - they don't have an idea what sizes are, and by the time she does (if she ever does) please free up and take your kids (if it has gotten to the level of kids) 4. Don't bother about who you love. Love only that lady who loves you. Good luck |

oalandAgents2: I don't have the answers, government would need to agree the details with all stakeholders. But personally I believe the best solution is the creation of the grazing routes as it would be easier and quicker and more cost-effective to implement. The current age old system of open grazing is best t for producing the healthiest cattle and in turn, the best quality beef and milk. I am based in ikorodu Lagos. I am a cow farmer. I ranch and planted grass in large quantities for their survival. Delete this mindset as it is archaic and unproductive (no insults intended). Cheers. |

Watianoengineer: A prominent Igb.o business man is the first beneficiary of Tinubu's trip to Brazil yet his people are the first to castigate the president's every move. I don't know where this igbo-Tinubu thing came from. I am igbo, and my candidate in that election was Oshinbajo. When Oshinbajo didn't win primaries, I preferred Tinubu to lead based on his capacity to "shoulder". That said, we shouldn't use tribalism to destroy the little value that's remaining of our nation. I ain't a politician and I don't care who is feeding who or paying who. |

SamuraiXXX: When you are trying a build a new business from scratch you have to make sure you reduce your expenses and your consumption of luxuries to the barest minimum.
The first thing he should do is stop all activities that are not necessaries but tat take money out of his pocket eg club memberships, heavy spending on drinks and leisure, he may even have to move from where he is to a cheaper apartment (Except if his wife can comfortably pay the rent alone) so long as it will not impact negatively on his earning capacity.
In order to increase the probability of success in the new business he should start something along the lines of the skills and work experience he already has.
Yes. Skills and work experiences he already has. Businesses he has lost in before. He shouldn't look for something new to venture into - he should bank on his experience. |

These people have been so grounded in their insensitivity that he took a loan n never bothered to pay and when the money was debited all he has to say is "may Nigeria never happen to u"
So can this guy try this in saner climes?
I don't even blame him, check d name n see where he is from first
