Yes, it's absolutely heart wrenching to watch for us fans. It looks like everytime we lose the ball, we're immediately under pressure and almost going to concede a goal scoring chance.

I'm sure they'll keep working on tweaking it and adapting it suit the quality of the opposition.

The tweaks didn't seem to have happened against Bayern and Real Madrid, as we engaged similar highline. Yes it's brought us success thus far but looks like a ticking time bomb to me.

I'm sure other top teams are taking notes, itching to burst our bubbles.

Which teams do you imagine will have the necessary tools to hurt our highline and destroy our offside trap? What strategies do you think these teams will have to assume to deal us a devastating death blow?

Yes the first emboldened is absolutely spot on. It's same for every game even against the so called smaller teams in Laliga.

On the second emboldened, I think any team that has intelligent strikers like Lewy, Haaland will cut through it at least twice. For context Mbape was caught 8 abi 12 times can't really recall but it was really high. Look at Lewys first goal yesterday for example. He timed that run to a tee.

If I'm to choose a team I'll say Mancity because of Haaland, Bayern because of Kane and of course Madrid because of Mbape. But we've already played two of these teams and they were caught. So we're doing fine there.

Games like Osasuna and Monaco will still come up because of fatigue, injuries, rest, poor form, red card etc but I think Mancity with a master tactician in Pep along with Haaland; whose timing is world class will give our defence trouble. So I think City will be extremely tough.

For me, the best strategy is to retreat to a mid block sometimes. We did that a bit Vs Bayern in the second half, another strategy is to find a place for Araujo in the lineup. He'll do a lot of cleaning for us just like Van Der Ven of Spurs in Ange's high line.

Actually our line is quite high and high line is mostly judged without the ball not with it. In this game, Liverpool are retreating into a mid block(not high, not low) whenever they're without the ball. But with the ball they're high just like most top teams including Madrid.

With Flick, with or without the ball we're quite high. In fact once we lose the ball, we don't retreat, we just push high, win the ball or force the opposition to try a ball in behind which most times is off. The training behind this must be absolutely world class but it's heart wrenching for spectators like us...
