While i was doing jobs for survival and the need to see my self through school, i worked in a microbiology lab and i think i understand what you mean by the sensitivity test.

Different antibiotics are tested on a cultured plate and we check which of them has more effect - and measure the clear area to calculate the effectiveness of the antibiotics.

So na all she wan give the poor lady? sad... you did your best, God knows.
