pls guys, i saw "WELCOME TO LASU 2016 SECOND ROUND ADMISSION SCREENING APP" on screening.lasu.edu.ng . ..... Does that mean the 2nd screening has started?

the limit is 500kb, so 17.5kb is actually over okay.

Well, d grades in NECO can fetch me a higher score than that of WAEC.
