having been in Lagos for about two decades I discovered that buying land without been scam is tasking Estate is not leftover,these actually brought me into real estate I have been searching for lands in good locations not just lands but genuine and affordable lands that's free from any know acquisition either from government or local authority,finally I have gotten these ones now having done research at the ministry of land through a surveyor and conducting extensive search on the family after some months I can authoritatively say these lands on these locations are good to buy and I will like us to start paying for it,these land is at Odo egiri Epe local government Lagos,from a copy of survey which I will still do my once I have made a certain amount of deposit , it's area is measured to be 3.412 hectare(about 50 plots) I intends to develop it into a modern gated estate.
the land is owned by group of families which have agreed to sell to me at my price, I have done search and is free from any known government acquisition I have also taken time to inquire about the family ownership since last year 2014 till now I'm very satisfied now about the authenticity of the land.the distance from Epe roundabout is approximately 20 minutes on untared road that leads to the land certainly it won't take more than five minutes once the road is tarred.Epe in modern day Lagos is referred to as the new Lagos these is why some government projects are been sited to the area like the proposed new airport even the new givernor been an epe man is working hard to ensure his hometown is developed commercialy.
lastly I have other locations both in Lagos and outside Lagos which i'm working tirelessly to make available to us once they are ready.the prices and other informatione are coming up in next post,Thanks to everyone and I welcome all your responses
