An Ibadan-based organization with nation-wide operation needs the services of personnel to oversee its marketing department. The personnel will work with and report directly to the organization’s CEO and will be assigned specific goals and targets to meet. The personnel will also be expected to forward reports to the CEO on progress made in actualizing the set goals; all with the overall aim of helping the organization realize its corporate goals. The said personnel will be required to frequently embark on trips outside Ibadan in order to oversee on-field marketing activities.

To this end, the personnel needed by the organization must:
• Be between 26 and 35 years of age
• Be highly self-motivated, result- driven and passionate about what he or she does.
• Be an excellent manager of human resources
• Have an eye for details
• Have good analytical and strategic skills.
• Be a good team-player.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications such as MS Word and MS Power Point and must also be internet savvy.

• Possess a high sense of Integrity and moral values.
• Possess at least an HND or a first degree
Such a person while being able to work in accordance with the instructions and mandate given to him or her must also have a high degree of self- initiative.

• While working experience in marketing may not be an absolute requirement, it will without doubt be of tremendous advantage.
