I doubt. Where is GEJ? Abacha nko? I really don't believe this chap ratings. All the guys mentioned here made their money from government. It's either they own oil well or enjoy government patronage. How do you leave out Abacha, whose loot is still being recovered in hundreds of millions 17 years after his death? Do you guys think GEJ, Abdulsalam Abubakar and OBJ are not richer than these people? The CSO is a Paramilitary Personnel, while the ADC assigned by the DHQ is a Military personnel.

The Military is superior to every Paramilitary organisation in Nigerian, Police,DSS, e.t.c

Due the superiority tussle among the GUYS, the other Presidents usually bring in Retired Military personnel (from DMI) to head the DSS, this way the DSS/SSS guys will blend easily with the military guy.

The Head of the DSS under OBJ regime was a Retired Military Officer from DMI.

You are missing it by wrongly assuming that the military is superior to the DSS or any law enforcement agency for that matter. Each agency has its specialised role and none is superior to another. It's better you don't delve into "an unfamiliar terrain than mis-inform people ". For your information, the Instrument No 1 that confers power of VIP protection on DSS originated from General Abdulsalam Abubakar, when he was military Head of State, before it became a law by an act of the parliament in 2004! For a military President to give such powers to DSS speaks volumes. The directive by the ADC suggests two things; it's either he is ignorant or he is acting a script. I will go for the latter though. I want to believe the ADC is acting a script and working under the instructions of some powerful forces. Or how do you explain having military personnel as Presidential bodyguards in a democratic government, which has never happened before? That might be setting the stage for the unimaginable. We all know what the military is capable of.
Meanwhile, you may have read the response by the CSO to the President regarding an earlier thoughtless circular issued by the ADC. That tells you how naive the ADC and his sponsors are. The question of which agency is to protect the President and other VIP is all about the law and DSS is empowered by law to do that. That's the practice and standard Al over the world. Na army dey protect Obama? Abi no be the same DSS dey protect all former Presidents? They've been doing the job well. Why the sudden push for a change? Use your brain abeg

However, the single rooms self contain you built beside it took the shine off it. I guess that building must have gulped over 7 million Naira, and has gone down on record as the worst constructed structure on Nairaland. Infact, no poor workmanship in the property section could compare with it. I'll love to see the updates on it as I did offer solutions to some of the damages.

As regards my take on the cost of this particular 2 Bed Bungalow, I believe the 2.1 Million spent so far should have at least covered the ceiling and plumbing of this small house. Afterall, basic PVC ceiling of 80K and plumbing 60K (the whole materials and labor) should do the trick except the owner wants something more special.. My two pence worth though.

I don't think Inspired will comment on this thread again. While I wouldn't want to accuse other Mods such as chelseabmw of conspiracy and cover - up, I would suggest that ANY thread of misconduct against dealers on this forum be retained and not deleted. This will afford people who want to transact business with these dealers, the opportunity of running a check on them.
I want to believe that the OP met Inspired through this forum and if other thread of his poor business dealings were not closed, he could have easily checked and have a second opinion. I remember very vividly this so called Inspired messed up a deal recently and chelseabmw was quick to close the thread when the matter was resolved. This is my take!
