Lolzzzzzzz, OP, I had similar encounter back in 2012 immediately after my service. I was happy dat my colleague remembered me for beta tin.
But I could not placed d name. I had a lot of thinking abt hw dis my friend got my number. But then, d excitement of getting a big job without even spending a month at home would not allow me to think straight.
With speed and accuracy, I returned d call, he did not pick up. Called like 3 times, No response. Then he later called back telling me he was with d man dat want to help me out. I was like "God is involve o". Then he said he will send d man's number so I could talk to him. The amen was like thunder. I called d man immediately, I noticed d man was adjusting his voice. Coughing and speaking very slow. I cud sense d voice of dis my friend but since he said d man is a pastor in a deeper life bible church. I felt no harm. Then he said d form is limited and it's just for 20k since I am a fresh graduate.
I was not worried because my double allowances still dey intact.
But then I remembered reading on nairaland dat no company will ask u for money b4 employment.
He said I shud go pay immediately into d account he will be sending once I am in d bank.
Dat was when I knew dat I will b dead if I don't return back to my senses.
I just sent a text to him dat I will get back to him.
