We produce almost any form of polythene packaging including, pallet covers, polythene bags, mailing film and much more.
We are currently looking to add a Sales and Marketing Manager to our team. To help drive and improve sales.

As a Sales and Marketing Manager you are required to provide first-class service in order to push the sales of our product. Act as an intermediary between the factory and clientele. Make necessary phone calls and meetings to help improve sales. Allow people to make inquiries as necessary.

Responsibilities
• Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
• Persists in sales even in the face of failure
• Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
• Makes product appeal to the target market
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Working hours
You can expect to work around 48 hours per week. The role may involve shift work and unsocial hours to make sure there's cover throughout the production process. Extended hours may be required to meet deadlines or to introduce new systems. You could be on call at weekends or public holidays to deal with problems.

• You may be based on one site but could also be responsible for operations in several locations, including sites abroad. You'll spend considerable amounts of time outside the factory meeting up with potential clients and delivering completed products to clients.
• Dress code is usually business casual, but you'll need to dress more formally when meeting suppliers, managers or businesspeople and clients.
• You may need to travel between sites during the day and spend time away from home.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.

As a Financial Accountant you are required to prepare, examine, and analyse financial reports and records. Preparing and submitting tax documents. Creating effective and cost-efficient financial practices and procedures for business clients.

Responsibilities

Examine financial records and accounting statements for individual and business clients
Check for compliance with local, state, and federal laws in all financial documents
Collect tax-related documents and discuss financial status with clients
Calculate taxes owed and prepare tax returns; submit tax returns on time and track payments or refunds
Analyse accounting systems used by businesses to look for inaccuracies and potential improvements
Create efficient methods for accounting and financial record-keeping and help business clients to implement them
Work with business managers to assess financial status and identify methods for cost-reduction and efficiency improvements
Attend meetings with individual and business clients
Present findings or suggestions both in writing and verbally
Understand and adhere to all financial and accounting regulations and legislation
Disclose or report financial activities to government authorities as necessary
