As the world is moving rapidly to ICT, we need to prepare our peoples most especially primary and secondary schools students. It was quite unfortunate that most secondary and primary schools have well ventilated computer laboratory but students are not well interacting with the computers and this generation have growth more than just what is computer , students need to know more than this. I observed that some brilliant students are failing JAMB and others related CBT examination because they didn't familiar with the examination environment, some students didn't know how to manage time in this kind of environment. I observed that most secondary students doesn't have access to computer based test despite the fact that they have computers laboratory in there schools. Most of secondary schools students have access to mobile phones (Android) and they still don't have access to software they can use to practice CBT examinations. Then I built a web based CBT application that secondary and primary school can be using for either practice or to conduct school examination which will train and familiarize students on how to use computer, how to do CBT examinations and JAMB CBT and other related CBT examinations wouldn't new to them.
