There's no space in d schl hostels anymore n infact most of us rented apartments outside including mud, wooden, and even bamboo houses!lolz. But my own house Behind o!

As for subjects, we arts stdnts do Eng, Lit-in-Eng, History, CRS/IRS/Comparative Religious Studies, Yoruba.
Also Arabic/French which isn't compulsory.
Science stdnts do d normal Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths and English,

Unilorin post utme is (CBT)computer based test and u have to be computer literate because it is u and ur system o!
U'l be given 50 questions for 30 mins!
Note that u have 2be time conscious because once its 30 mins the questions wil dissapear and u'l just see 'Goodluck in ur exams' on d screen, d 50 questions is a combination of Use of English, Current affairs and General knowledge,
KWASU is a state university and their schl fees is btw #150,000 and #180,000, i dnt knw much 'bout d schl bt some of Unilorin lecturers lecture there,

@Temmie, 2day, My friends n i askd d director of rems studies n he said d hostel reg wil start soon buh it'l b 4 only dos who'v paid dier schl fees n av submitted al d necessary docs, he also said d hostels won't b enough 4 all, dat sum pple wuld av 2live wt d villagers!

we'v been cleared, but we were told that d hostel accommodation reg will commence later b4 d end of dis week!
@ all, Pls wen u'r cumin 4 d registration, cum along wt ur complete credentials, i.e photocopies n original of ur Application form print out, o'level results, l.govt form or certificate of origin(attestation), etc, catch ya'l l8a!

ur regstrtn can't be affected provided u'l pay on or b4 22nd April, bt it culd REALLY affect ur hostel accomodation cos it's limited!
I doubt it if our registration wuld commence on monday 4th, cos of d postponment of d election!

School fees is #83,200 and there's LIMITED accommodation based on first come first serve which is #6000!
Registration and clearance starts on April 4th in fufu campus and ends April 22nd, lectures starts 18th April,

@Temie, yeah, last year's rems schl fee was #73,000 but i dnt knw hw much it'll be ds time cos there wasn't hostel accommodation last yr, what i mean is dat d #73,000 is exclusive of hostel payments, let's just be thinkin of maybe #85,0000 or say #90,000.

@ Ayodeji, just chill, the registration info will be pasted on d schl's web very soon, i heard 4rm a very reliable source dat lectures wil commence after d elections, probably 18th April 2011, ds is jst our opportunity 2read ahead, start getting d schl fees, and get prepared 4d great task ahead!

I heard there'l be a 2nd list, i'm sorry i'v nt bn posting, rlly i dnt knw wat 2say cos i rlly feel bad 'bout d fact dat most top posters on this thread culdn't find their names, do u believe dat out of about 57 pple dat gav me their numbers b4 d release of d list t'was jst 17 pple that saw their names? Cos i sent al of them msgs wen d list came out n i told them 2reply, 40 culdnt find their names! So painful!

@ all, mikel jims sent hs greetings 2 y'all, he called me ds afternoon, he said his phone is faulty and he misses u all,

it's very real,
i purchased d form last year feb 4 #10,500 and i got worried jst like u are cos i checked d website almost everyday,after purchasing forms in february, we did the computer based entrance exams around august and d admission list was released in October,
i was offered B.sc Economics but i didn't go 4 it cos i later met wt d DLC stdnts n they told me it's nt d best 4young sec schl leavers like me, it's a part time schl meant 4 workin class people, d worse thing there is dat wen they resume in december, the session wil end by july and d dlc stdnts wil stay at home till d next session resumption which is dec/january.
I av sum1 in my area, she's a dlc stdnt, she's always at home, many pple thnk she's nt in schl.
Don't let them waste ur time o!
Obtain jamb n don't put all ur hope in UI DLC, and it's expensive, d last tuition fee was #63,000, exclusive of d expensive handouts and other fees u'll pay.
