Yes!!!!!!

The newbies should use the virtual account to get familiar with the dealing desk environment.

Anything more than that is driving off-course.

Learning money management does not have to happen on the dealing page.

it can be done by simple paper calculation.

But risk management cannot be practiced with a virtual account.

Even combat soldiers don't conduct field trainings with fake bullets.

So for the newbies, when it comes too risk management, you cannot escape it.

A virtual account is like the USER MANUAL of a brand new car.

The manual only teaches you how to use the car.

It does not teach you how to drive the car.

Same as a demo account on a MT4 platform.

There is a big difference between PRACTICE and REHEARSAL.

bomking4x: Am not a GURU but I will reply you directly,loosing %5 of my bank roll testing a new strategy means nothing to me...thats where MM comes in.

2ndly, demo trading is just to know how to place trade and other things. If you like demo trade for 2years and start live trading with the same strategy,you will still blow that account.

My advise to newbies is once you know how to place bets, just fund your account with $15 and start placing $1 on each trade. It will not only help to deal with emotions only but deal with greed also.

I think the important that we read the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" of the brokers before engaging in VPN projects.

I know of several brokers who are against the use of VPN networks and even a few traders whose accounts have being closed and funds lost.

Once again, reading the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" of brokers you intend to do business with is very important.

I got the same message when i opened my portfolio to check the value of my contracts. I think it has to do with errors resulting from market data fluctuation. And as they said,funds will be returned in the event that the contract is not executed. So there is no need to worry.

arbitrage: try to connect that phone to your pc. then browse the phone drive to see its installation folders including the one containing your installed mobile alpari. that may give you the clue to the folder for expert advisors.

Cos i strongly wonder when WINDOWS got the power to view installation folders of mobile applications which is either in sis, java, android,windows mobile or windows c.e formats. If that is so, then we might as well begin to install P.C based applications on our mobile devices and vice-versa.

i know that to install on my computer, i will go to program files, look for the metatrader folder, locate the experts folder and locate the indicator folder before installing. but for android app, its a little bit complex

You cannot install third party indicators on mobile trading platforms.

They are not scripts that can be viewed on the mobile platforms.

Do not bother yourself!!!!!!!

Only long term bets are allowed such opportunity.

Short term bets are not allowed.

sunwalk: this is for mobile users. once it is 10:30 pm in the night. open you BOM, select NO TOUCH option for EUR/GBP, select 1hr as ur duration, place your bet. (if you wanna be aggressive on this strategy, reduce d touch barrier to half, it will have a hard time touching it) its better to stay safe by leaving it at its default. this is for pone users. good luck

There are two scenarios.

1. If the bet is still on, you do the following:
A, Go to PORTFOLIO, click on DETAILS, then click on MORE DETAILS.

2, If the contract has closed, there is nothing you can do.

BetOnMarkets cannot be losing.

The fact that the payout percentages are less during certain trading times is no reason that they are going bankrupt.

For every trade you place, you pay a commission which is the same thing with the spread you pay when dealing in the SPOT MARKET(FX).

So both losers and winners pay commission for every contract they carry out.

Let us not be afraid and continue to trade jooorrrr!!!!

They do not have the bet duration flexibility that BetOnMarkets have.

Moreover, they do not look like they have being vetted.

I still stick to my BOM like glue!!!!!

There are actually indicators like that but they also predict(speculate) the movement of the market just like all other indicators.

Their bad side is that they work stupidly on low time-frames.

Their consistency lies on the weekly and monthly time-frame.

If i get you question very well, you are asking for the right time-frame to use.

it is actually like your traditional Moving Average on your platform.

It has a settings window where you can customize it to suit your trading style.

And it can be used on any time-frame.

Just input your own PERIOD data in the field meant for it.
