I served in Igbo-Eze North, Enugu State.
In the whole Igbo-Eze North and South LGA, no single Bank or ATM stand then. It's either you go to Obolo-Affor to use ATM or Nsuka to use Bank. This is 2012. If there's Banks now, I'm not sure because of their experience there.

I served in Ebonyi state in Ezza North to be precise just a little less than 10 years ago and I can say authoritatively that there was no single bank in the whole of Ezza North at the time. We had to go to Abaliki before we could make withdrawals. I knew how many kilometers we had to trek just to make a call, we couldn't even receive calls because there were no network. How will REAL TIME transmission of results work in those areas? Or election should not hold in those areas abi?
So, if them ask you no, you go answer say banks dey all local government in Nigeria abi? Dey there.

Rejected vote are also from people who pass the accreditation but makes mistakes during the thumbprinting process like thumbprint on two party at once or your thumbprint spilling over to the next party space...

You don't have to abuse before making your point.

Accredited people can be more than Total Vote cast. You can get accredited and refuse to vote.
Valid vote + rejected vote = Total Vote cast
But all voters must be accredited before voting.

Going to school doesn't mean you will know how it works but if you ever get training in electoral process you will understand.

Go through it, you will see that it's only this local government that has such error. This type of error is what opposition is looking for.
