@Joshbenji you are advice to go register for ur NIMC card immediately. You will get the card the same day you register. In order for them to attend to you on time kindly go online to NIMC site and register online first and take the print out to their office closest to you, they will attend to you on time. You can use that in place of driver licence and international passport. I hope this help. Thank you

For those that are not from Delta or Ika my candid advice is that you should apply as the shortlisting varies. During my time all state were shortlisted and report reaching us here is that if you apply you are writing the Exam. Well for the MUSTE application form that is not opening, i will suggest you guys should be patient as it may be due to site reconstruction or congestion as the application is said to close 31st of October and moreover is saying form not available not form closed for response contact the author as it used to.
