donphilopus: PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan has been urged to involve past leaders in the resolution of the lingering face-off between the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). He shouldn't have apologized or he thought he is dealing with Rivers state NUT chairman, mumu |
talktimi: Asari is from Rivers state and so he has every right to criticize his state governor with the facts he has on hand. When youre less busy, you can compare Bayelsa/Akwa Ibom or any other states that catch your fancy. Cheers. Ps next time its spelt IS and not ix. OkBut we as Nigerians criticize our President who is a Nigerian like us, will be threatened, abused, called names and sometime tagged betrayers & boko haramists. |
Please can someone also help me with the accounts reports of Bayelsa state, thank you. |
ariseandshine: Only 1% of Russians were communist when Communism conquered Russia. You don't need numbers. Not in today's world with all the media brainwashing. And that one percent are the ruling elites and if today there is a crack in that one percent of Russia ruling class, communism in Russia will die a natural death just like the crack in PDP is making president Jonathan go Bananas by constituting a committee for national conference and also note that Jonathan has started wasting is ammunitions when the real battle is yet to commence. |
Mr. Mod, its time this topic land itself in front page so that other Nigerians can throw more light on it. Olamide, you are a Logician, Nigerian who has decided to think outside the box. |

true2god: This so-called lecturers are too greedy. Why ask for 3tr naira in a developing country like naija? Hw much do dey want to be allocated to other sectors? If the Government at Federal & State levels had started the implementation of the said agreement since 2009 by creating a special educational fund they would have succeeded in implementing nearly 80percent of the agreement reached with ASUU by now and if I may ask, how much has being allocated to national security for the past 4years( if not up to N3.8billion so far) without any progress with the fight against insurgencies, common crimes, crude oil theft, kidnapping and other social misdemeanors. |
All Nigeria youths are cordially invited to the ongoing ASUU strike 100days celebration themed “Education is not by force & students should go and start farming” guest speakers are well known prominent which includes, President. Goodluck Jonathan (GCFR), Dr. Isa Fagge(ASUU President) Prof. Ruqayat Rufai, the immediate past minister of education & the coordinating minister of the economy, Dr.Ngozi Okonjo Iweala.

fyneguy: a pair of socks costs N150 in Lagos trafficno dude, not all poor cranium like yourself will have the brain to think coherently that you can only pay for school but you can't buy class. SAI Buhari. |
I don't just get it, "who betrayed who" because as for me there is only one betrayer here and who happened to be the Governor himself, he betrayed his people(Tarabeans) by playing hanky-panky with their fates he claimed to lead, same way late President Yar-dua did to Nigerians in general. ![]() |
This better remain a joke. but than, I am deeply concern about the latest news ![]() |

Its only those without the knowledge of Matse that will call her names, that Lady was back then a coursemate to my immediate younGer sister, they studied French & graduated from Delta State University, that Lady "Matse" was a golden-egg, Magna among with her humble & benevolent style of handling issues, please the Aim consultant just come out straight & tell the world the whole truth that they are afraid of Matse's potentials. |
My Elder brother asked me on hearing this news that what can we do & I turned to him & ask him, what can we do? |
Nigerians should learn how to start telling themselves the simple & common truth. Thank U. |
All Glory must go to God for His Mercies and the rescue of the Bishop. The NPF should be commended for their effort cos if they flew their helicopter for that number of times around the area where the Bishop was kept, it showed they were closing in on the kidnappers and the kidnappers knew they would have no more hidding place no matter how smart they were. It's now the turn of the Bishop to secretly assist the Police in tracing the location where he was kept so the kidnappers can be apprehended.
You are a product of the failed Nigerian Educational system, how can you just jump into a conclusion that the helicopters that flew through the Sky belongs to the Nigerian Police? what do you even know about the mercantile activities of Port-Harcourt city? For the Bishop to have said that helicopters flew through the location were he was heard 500times within 9days is understatement, even the President and his entourage flew helicopters to Otueke anytime he choose to visit his state, the Beyelsa state government officials & oil workers flew helicopters day in day out, "Yenogoa en-route Port-Harcourt and less I forget, it was also reported last year that the Navy helicopter that crashed in Beyelsa state which killed the late Kaduna state governor & the late former National security adviser was on its 12th trips from Beyelsa state(wherever the venue of the late father of special assistant to the President was) reroute Rivers State(Port Harcourt) within 24hours. And now let’s engage ourselves in a lil mathematics, if a chopper can plea a route for 12times in between 24hours which is also a day, how many helicopters will it take to take to fly through that location 492times between 9day, just about 41helicopters trips and note that the Navy helicopter I used was a private helicopter not those commercial helicopters that are overworked due to maximization of profits. |
Was it that, there was a country before things fall apart or things fall apart when there was was a country |
