My name is Tope. I am 26 and have had problems with hemorrhoids for years. It was getting to where I was spending several hours indoor due to the pains and discomfort. I don't socialize, don't go out, always behind closed doors.

I got referred to a surgeon recently and he said I had bad case and set me up for surgery. They decided to do a colenistimy (colon probe. where I guess they pump you full of air and put a tube all the way up) and I was told afterwards that I had some of the largest they had seen.

I will be going back for the main surgery in few days and I am scared to death the risk and complications that might follows.

Any advice, suggestions, what to do and what not to do from you all will be well appreciated. Thanks.

I owned and used a v6 Mazda 626 hatchback I.e Spanish edition back in ma uni days (manual Tainny ) . The most expensive repair I had done on it was changing my shocks those ladipo guys den pulled a fast one on me . Other than that I can't remember having any major issue or any tell tales or stories that touch the heart ish. And yes I went on spontaneuos trips with it, lag-Kd,lag- ilorin, ekiti, abj, I once put it up for sale on Nairaland here . Lol am glad nobody turned up for it . My trusted mecho still rocks it as a gift .

And oh yeah if you're the one that enjoys pulling your ride to the greatest of its limit welcome to rotary engines , yeah you should look that up . cheers and enjoy your ride . What matters most is carrying out periodic maintenance on your ride , don't joke around with tokunbo tires buy them new .

All u need is iron exchange resin, it will take Care of ur problems but d quantity and application is where u need an expert to handle that for u

@nduwin it's ion-exchange tank and ion exchange tank principle wouldn't solve his issues . He could try a coagulation process using al2so4 aluminium sulphate popularly known as alum to treat his raw water , but that would require him to have a large volume tank for his raw with a sludge zone. I.e a big tank with the bottom shaped as a cone. As the aluminium sulphate works by attracting heavy metals like lead , iron in the water towards the bottom of the tank. This in turn would require him to have another tank prob a sedimentary tank for the. Moreover he's lucky his chloride concentration level is just 60mg/l. As we all know chloride in water exist as a salt either with soldium (Na) or magnesium(mg) and chloride level in water increases and decreases ( seasonal effect due to leech of salty water into the acquifer ) over time in locations closer to the sea.

To top it all off you haven't stated if he should go with a cation ion exchange tank or anion ion exchange principle or properly a mixed I.e anion and cation exchange tank treatment . Ion exchange principle works by exchanging ions I.e negatively charged and positively charged ions in the water for hydrogen and hydroxyl ion .



@jamiu0 is trying to build a brand here . THERE IS NO BAD WATER . Good water sells best . Ion exchange tank isn't a bad idea but it isn't the best of choice for him. U wanna do it , do it big , better and with a great rest of mind.

For Choice of Method for water treatment .consider these options :

1. Time
2. Quantity of water to be treated
3. Cost
4. And lastly Control.

Time and quantity of water to be treated are in relation to the o the other . Am sure u know all about cost and den what I meant by control is the ability for the chosen treatment process to be manage into getting same results with minimal efforts. @ jamiuO am sorry am not much for writing but am sure if we could have a talk and if you're in Lagos I would be very glad to have you around my factory and explain things to you and give some key points too about the business . Am also a learner though but having a degree in food science and having workd at a bottling company am sure I could patiently answer all your questions on water treatment and give one or more hints on how to o go about your factory ., and yes the reverse osmosis works well. It follows same principles as the importance d one . The membranes are the major point of an RO system . Cheers .

Cost price as at today was 183000. ). U can choose to get lesser horse power model and probably a 3 phase model but naija light and connection headaches( u should get ma point)
A stainless casing(I.e membrane cup) for the membrane cost 26000 as at today and the membrane goes for 48000 each( that's considering the number f membranes u wanna use ). Pls note all these prices stated here are today's prices for each item tomorrow fit dey different o .( am sure some RO technicians go wan kill me here make una no vex ..
