How can I fix, I have formatted the phone and still not working, unless I use WiFi on it.

The use or absence of AC in most modern cars is negligible on fuel economy except of course your AC was fully installed in Nigeria.
Depending on the direction of the wind though, traveling on a highway with your windows rolled down will result in some drag which will impact on your fuel economy negatively.

I just bought a Toyota avensis 2007 from konstanz Germany .
I bought it 550euro
Shipping 730 euro
Clearing 950euro.
So I see no reason y buying from overseas is wost than Nigeria.

Good day guys, please I just bought a new Toyota avensis tuks, but the issues am having now is that the car is very low to the ground and passing bad area of the road makes the bottom to touch ground.
Now the tire that cam with it is a flat runner tire with a 17 rim very good tire Michelin still ok when I called a vulcanizer to check if I need to change it. What he said is that if I want to use that tire I need to raise the car. If not I should change the tire and forget raising the car. I don't like the idea of raising my car,
Please I need good advice .
