OP, this is the Historic Dangana Hostel, NOT Ocheja. Ocheja is only a bit habitable right now with no working toilet system. It's quite unfortunate. |

..we started dating in February. I gave her all of my time, affections, care, monies.. I gave her everything she asked. I've been such a lover boy; what most girls craves for.. It all started when she said she was traveling to see her mum but I got to know that she traveled to a big city to see a guy, this she confirmed because I caught her by the wrist, she later told me that she has been dating the guy for years. I managed to forgive her after pleading with tears rolling down her cheeks. I was going to marry her. Babe came to my house on Thursday night to leave on Monday morning. As usual, I tried fvcking her but she refused as always - I have not seen her pant since we started dating. Fast forward to yesterday evening ~ I tried turning babe on several times but she refused me. At about 10 pm, babe was in the sitting room following BBNaija but left her phone in the room. I went to the room to make use of the rest room, saw her phone on the bed and for the first time picked it up and went straight to her outbox... Boom!!! By 6:51 pm, she sent a message to this guy telling him how she was Hot and wanted to feel his duck in and out of her hole. Can you imagine! Because I am a straightforward person, I told babe when she came to join me in babe and she looked for a place to hide her head.. In some split seconds, babe was naked and asked me to fvck her for the first time since we started. I hesitated but advised myself otherwise because babe has been a complete parasite; no benefit, no input from her since we started. I thought of refusing her because of integrity but.... She is here and mopping the floor.. I don't know what next to do to her.. |

As a parent, you accompanied your daughter who was going back to school (University) after a holiday to a motor park to board a bus. Hours later, you received a call telling you that the bus your daughter boarded had accident and no body survived. Few minutes later your daughter called to tell you that she was not in the bus that had accident. That her boyfriend insisted that she pass the night with him before going to school. What would be your reaction? Barka da Sallah, everybody!! |

Abuja - The Presidency has dismissed the allegations by former Gov. Ibrahim Shekarau of Kano State that the Buhari administration is insensitive to the plight of Nigerians. Reacting to the allegation in Abuja, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, Malam Garba Shehu, enjoined Shekarau to stop insulting the intelligence of Nigerians with his false and misleading allegations. He noted that the ``audacity of Shekarau to preach about sensitivity is incredibly amazing, considering the large-scale stealing of public funds by the unseated PDP government at the expense of the welfare of the people. ``The greatest insensitivity to the welfare of the people is epic corruption for which the PDP had a notorious and unrivalled record in our recent democratic history of bad governance.’’ The Presidential aide explained that ``the greed of PDP leaders respects no boundaries of decency and rationality, so much that they could illegally steal any funds within their grip or reach, including monies meant for the security of Nigerians and the welfare of soldiers fighting terrorism in the Northeast.’’ According to Shehu, Shekarau's colleagues in the PDP government that he served have been coughing out monies that they illegally stole while in office, adding that "bringing misery to your fellow countrymen and women on account of your greed and thievery is the worst example of insensitivity." He said that the wellbeing of the citizens was at the heart of the President and for this reason, "the administration is seeking permanent solutions, not temporary ones to the county's economic woes by first securing it, developing infrastructure and diversifying its economy.’’ Shehu reassured that the several measures put in place by the Buhari administration would bear fruition in a matter of time. On the current fuel scarcity, Shehu said the Buhari administration had saved one trillion naira on account of removing subsidy which was fraudulently making some cabals richer at the expense of the welfare of the people who were being short-changed. He explained that the Buhari administration had significantly reduced the rate of corruption and frustrated people with corrupt and fraudulent tendencies. According to him, those that benefitted from subsidy fraud are using their illegal gains to finance smear campaigns against the Buhari administration on the social media and other forums. Addressing the issue of insecurity, Shehu said the Boko Haram terrorist group had been so "thoroughly militarily weakened that they no longer have the capabilities and staying power to confront our troops, or occupy any part of Nigerian territory without being decisively expelled.’’ He recalled that markets and bus stations that were closed three years ago in the Northeast ``are now being reopened, thanks to the decisive restoration of relative peace in the area by our now motivated and reinvigorated troops. "The Buhari administration is also proud to say that poor Nigerians that were once displaced by terrorist attacks are now returning to their liberated towns and villages, and this government won't relent until it rids the country of the vestiges of terrorism.’’ According to the presidential aide, the commitment of the Buhari administration to fighting corruption is firm and irrevocable, and that ``every stolen kobo would be recovered and channeled into improving the welfare of Nigerians.’’ www.vanguardngr.com/2016/04/presidency-dismisses-shekaraus-allegations-on-buharis-govt-insensitive-to-nigerians-plight/

Diezani refund 90 billion dollar CNN confirmed. I start to imagine what a normal human being would ever need 13 Billion British Pounds that’s 27 trillions of Naira for in this limited world, which if divided according to the equivocal population of Nigerians 170,000,000 people each person will get over N158 millions. I wonder if former President GEJ could imagine that only one out of his ex-Ministers could steal such a stupendous amount under his administration without his knowledge. Wonders shall never end! In reference to the CNN report that the former Minister has made a refund of $90B already, how much is Dangote worth? As at today Dangote is worth $14.7B and the 67th in the world while Bill Gates was the 2nd with $ 79.2 on the Forbes list. Diezani is simply a wonder. Old pensioners are dying of hunger daily, Insurgency is consuming lives of innocent Nigerians, workers are no longer getting their salaries as at when due, Government can no longer build infrastructures, road all over the country are in complete bad shape and only one woman got away with this kind of money. Nigeria is a wonder, while Diezani is a SHAME to PDP government. I am afraid of women in Government, what about you? www.nigerianmetronews.com/2016/03/diezani-refund-90-billion-dollar-to.html?m=1

The House of Representatives on Thursday began an investigation into the alleged ‘secret’ recruitment of 909 employees by the Central Bank of Nigeria. The controversial recruitment was reportedly carried out by the apex bank on the directive of the Governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele, with a reasonable number of the beneficiaries being children and relatives of highly-placed persons in the country. At a session presided over by the Speaker, Mr. Yakubu Dogara, in Abuja, the House asked its Committees on Federal Character, Banking/Currency to complete the investigation within three weeks. An All Progressives Congress lawmaker from Kano State, Mr. Aliyu Madaki, had drawn the attention of the House to the recruitment under ‘matters of urgent public importance’. Madaki noted that there were no prior notifications on the recruitment through advertisements to give all Nigerians the opportunity to apply. He recalled that in 2015, there were speculations that the apex bank conducted a secret recruitment, but that the bank quickly denied it. Madaki added that the latest development only confirmed that the bank carried out the earlier recruitment. He stated, “The recruitment by the CBN is in breach of the Federal Character Principle as enshrined in the 1999 Constitution (as amended). “The recruitment breached section 14(1); 14(3); and Section 17(1) of the constitution. “There was no fairness, no justice in this exercise conducted by the CBN.” Lawmakers did not debate the motion before passing it in a unanimous voice vote. Dogara had overruled any debate on the issue on the grounds that it could pre-judge the outcome of the investigation. “This is an investigation; let us not allow any debate so that we won’t pre-empt the outcome,” he added. Meanwhile, the majority of the lawmakers on Thursday endorsed the second reading of a bill for an Act seeking to repeal the People’s Bank of Nigeria Act, 2004. Members said the bank had become moribund and its functions taken over by the Nigerian Agricultural Bank. The bill was sponsored by an APC member from Yobe State and Chairman, House Committee on Sports, Mr. Goni Bukar-Lawan. However, there was some drama as the bill generated arguments among members. While some lawmakers felt that the bank could still be resuscitated, others held the view that it had since lost its relevance since it had been merged with the Nigerian Agricultural Bank. But, the majority won the day as Dogara ruled in support of the second reading of the proposed piece of legislation. www.punchng.com/reps-probe-secret-recruitment-of-909-employees-by-cbn-2/

Justice Okon Abang of a Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday denied the petition written against him by the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Olisa Metuh, asking for the transfer of his corruption trial to another judge. The judge disclosed in the open court on Thursday that one of Metuh’s lawyers, Mr. Emeka Etiaba (SAN), had sent a petition to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, asking for the reassignment of the case to another judge. The judge disclosed this while considering an application by one of Metuh’s lawyers, Mr. Ifedayo Adedipe (SAN), asking for an adjournment due to the absence of the leader of the defence team, Dr. Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN), who was said to be on a trip to the University of Ilorin for an eye surgery. Justice Abang said he never knew Metuh to be his classmate in the law school as alleged in the petition sent to the chief judge. Justice Abang also denied the allegation that he deliberately held back the record of the proceedings of the trial from the defence team. The judge, who said he would resist any blackmail, insisted that despite the petition written against him by Etiaba, apparently on Metuh’s instructions, he would continue to hear the case except if the Chief Judge directed otherwise. He said, “I want to say that I have a circular by my employer, the National Judicial Council, that where there is a petition in a matter seeking the transfer of a case to another judge, that the judge handling the case shall continue to preside over the matter until a decision is taken by the authority that the petition was addressed to. “On account of this circular, I shall continue to preside over this matter until the honourable Chief Judge of this court takes a decision on Emeka Etiaba’s petition.” The judge faulted Etiaba for failing to serve the petition on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, which is prosecuting the case, so as to enable it to respond to the application. The judge said Etiaba’s act of serving a letter with respect to a pending case on the Chief Judge without serving it on the other party was a breach of Rule 30(5) of the Rules of Code of Conduct for Legal Practitioners. The judge said, “The prosecution ought to have been availed with that letter so that they could also be heard before the Chief Judge takes a decision on the petition. It is not only the defence that is entitled to justice. “The Federal Republic of Nigeria and the defendants are also entitled to justice. Emeka Eitiaba ought to have served a copy of that letter on the prosecution so that they would have the opportunity to react to the view expressed by him. “There are three grounds in the letter – one: that some of the decisions the court took were given in favour of the prosecution; two: that the court refused to release the record of proceedings. The record of proceedings has been released to the defendants two days ago. It comprises 212 pages.” Metuh and his company, Destra Investments Limited, who are being prosecuted by the EFCC, were scheduled to open their defence on Thursday. The accused persons are being prosecuted on seven counts of fraud bordering on the N400m which they allegedly received from the Office of the National Security Adviser as well as money laundering involving cash transaction of $2m. But responding to a similar question put across to him by the judge, Adedipe, who led the defence on Thursday, said, “Any letter written by any member of the defence counsel is a decision of the defence team.” The judge subsequently granted Adedipe’s application for adjournment and fixed March 23 for Metuh to open his defence. The judge noted that the case had already been adjourned three times before Thursday at the instance of the defence. He warned the defence team to be mindful of section 396(4) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act which he said prohibits parties in a criminal trial from taking more than five adjournments. www.punchng.com/judge-denies-metuhs-petition-vows-to-continue-trial/

As hearing continues at the Kogi Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja, one issue is crystal clear, even to the blind, is that the current sojourner in Lugard House, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, is a goner. With godly sincerity, Yahaya Bello has the worst case in the history of governorship petition in Nigeria. Today, the social media came alive, first, with the pictures of the Chief of Staff, Mr. Edward Onoja dozing uncontrollably during tribunal sitting before he was docked in the witness box. Unfortunate confessions by this star witness left Yahaya Bello supporters gasping for breathe. Right before our eyes, Edward Onoja admitted, in the witness box, that his oga at the top, Yahaya Bello, is not a registered voter in Kogi state. Edward claimed Yahaya Bello applied to transfer his permanent voters card, PVC, to Kogi state but the application up till now has not been approved. This 11th hour confession is a sharp departure from the bold claims by his associates that he voted in Kogi State during the last elections. It is worthy to note that the laws guiding our country Nigeria states that: A person shall be qualified to contest the Presidential, Governorship or National Assembly elections if: (a) he is ordinarily resident in the constituency in which he intends to contest the election or is an indigene of that constituency; (b) he is registered as a voter in the Constituency in which he intends to contest the election; (c) he produces evidence of tax payment as and when due for a period of three consecutive years immediately preceding the year of the election or is exempted therefrom; And other requirements. You will recall that you published one of my well-researched article on your platform on 22nd January, 2016 (Incontrovertible Proofs That Yahaya Bello Was Invalidly Nominated for Dec. 5 ‘Supplementary’ Election – Adamu Ojonugwa) . In that piece I argued that Without a running mate, nomination of a Governorship candidate is INVALID. Today, in the witness box, our dear Edward Onoja was shown the form filled by Yahaya Bello, the space required to be filled by the deputy was not filled. That is, Yahaya Bello ran the unfortunate supplementary election without a deputy. Onoja had no choice, he agreed that Yahaya Bello never had a running mate for the controversial December 5 supplementary election. It will take Judgement crafted outside the laws of the land for Yahaya Bello to survive. Technically, he is out of contention. The highly anticipated tribunal ruling is obviously a race between former Governor Wada and Honourable James Faleke. The logical conclusion is the declaration of Wada as winner of the badly fought election as the living candidate with the highest number of votes or overrule INEC’s decision that the November 21 was inconclusive and declare Faleke winner. While Yahaya Bello lawyers labour day and night to discover or create a ‘legal lacuna’ that can be capitalised upon to knock out these mighty cases on ‘technical grounds’, it is becoming more and more difficult to achieve that as the counsels to both Wada and Faleke are well experienced in election petitions processes and games. www.kogireports.com/tribunal-discourse-yahaya-bello-is-technically-out-battle-is-between-faleke-and-wada-adamu-ojonugwa/

The brutality of the Fulanis all over Nigeria seem to be thriving and no one seems to be saying anything. They are never peaceful. I beg to be corrected, I've never heard of a situation where these blood suckers were arrested for the heinous they always commit instead, the government listen to the outrageous excuses they give for the crimes they committed. I urge everyone, especially my brothers from the middle- belt to arm themselves against these jihadist who hide under the guise of being herdsmen to take over territories for the caliphate. They know exactly what they are doing and that's why even the UN branded them the 4th most dangerous terror organization. We cannot continue to cry while no one listen, it's time to act, be it self defense or otherwise. No one has the monopoly of violence. |
