Pls I need help any one here experiening chest ulcer

Pls want to kw if ulcer cld cause chestwall and breast pain, i was having body pains I went to hospital doctor prescribed flotac drug, dat trigger the ulcer in me out ever since then I have been having chest pain and my right hand side including d breast, I have gone for breast scan dey did not see anything, but the pain is persistent, just want to kw if is ulcer?
