Does the man mean if the hospital had requested from him to cut her wife fibroid he wouldn't have permitted them to go ahead. And moreover, does removing fibroid from one's body requires permission again and was the husband a doctor to determine if it is best to remove the fibroid or not, and where is the part in that write up that suggested that the hospital is incompetent? So what the man just narrated shows that the hospital tried their best to put the wife in a good condition but it was mission impossible.
