You see. This is very troubling. I first observed this earlier this year when a PDP supporter died of cancer in Edmonton and saw the vitriol against him. It was ridiculous coz I know some of these guys and they did not even vote. More shocked at their spirited effort to defend their stance.
I concluded that it's an upbringing thing as It reminded me of how shocked I was when I saw people throwing party of a dead 16 years old and another 8 years old in the days I lived in Awka,Anambra.
In yoruba land it's a taboo!

I assume that some culture probably are indifferent to such!

Like, they were celebrating!! All because of politics!

Another sad news today where people died in Anambra, people actually died! Humans like you lost their lives, people’s parents, friends, sisters, aunties and uncles died and it became a score counting contest.

To me both are barbaric and it doesn’t make sense.

But looking at this, I will be very direct with no filter. The normal Yorubas I know will never ever have mocked Igbos on Anambra incidence, but I saw the mockery coming and totally unavoidable…. When some bigots with dead brain cells made a mockery of an entire tribe over the death of kids, the clap back would definitely come.
