please does anyone knows how to track the progess of administrative review.
I applied for AR since 18th May, 21 and there is no response yet.
I even sent email to administrative.enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk and still there is no reply nor feedback.
I even did paid email too , no response.

To get a court order, you have to engage a lawyer and go to court (not just a cover letter or affidavit). In most cases, the issue of the Child's father will be brought to light so be ready.
Your lawyer will be able to advice further, it will also be financially demanding but the good news is that once you have gotten this, your child's application will be straight forward because you have the legal right as the primary responsible parent.

This is not just a requirement for UK, you will need this proof if you and your child intend to visit other countries as well (atleast until 18years). Take your time, do the research and ground work. Then you can apply.

The point is to prove either of those conditions exist; You don't necessarily need an immigration lawyer or a DNA test.
What condition above can you prove legally,(such as a court order for sole custody etc)

I m single mother with a 5years old daughter. I m currently in the uk with tier 4 visa. I want to apply for my daughter now. Pls I need information on what and what to be added to the application to make it successful. I read that you need to state that you are fully responsible for her.
Do I need to get a immigration lawyer involved?
Do I need to do a DNA to proof she is my daughter bcs we have different names.
Can i get a sample of cover letter?
Pls help
