Nobody is saying move or stay. The point is why is the dashboard showing shortlisted without any invitation for the assessment. So there's no harm inquiring about that from jobberman.

Relax guys. What I heard from a banking executive although not UBA: the person said that most Nigerian banks are closing for the year as CBN has requested for annual report. So there's a lot of work going on right now in banks. Person said hopefully by year end or January interviews and appointments will start rolling in

Bro. Don't beat yourself up. This is another man's job. You can only apply and do your best. If they don't choose you it's not your fault.
Move on. The major reason I'm writing this test is because it is a graduate trainee program and I want to build a career in data science.
Boss, your major worry should be being your own boss. Naija don pass the stage Wen we go dey say "not everyone is an entrepreneur".
Apply for jobs. If you get invited, fine. If not, move on.
Learn a skill. Monetize it. It is not easy, but if you try you will succeed.
You might be a boss of your own. I don't know. But I just felt like putting this out there.

The second mail people received was only a reminder because it says “If you've already taken this assessment, kindly ignore this email”, also I doubt if there is anyone who will be willing to send their link because it was stated not to share the link with anyone and before taking the test there is a login page that contains ID and I believe every candidate has a unique ID. Notwithstanding, I’m not implying that the sending of invites is over, since your status shows shortlisted I believe you can still be hopeful about getting an invite.

Lol..Oga calm down, I also didn't get any test invite. I think every body shortlisted for the test has a unique Id. Even if the link is sent to you, how will you log in to write the test?. If the invite comes, fine. If it doesn't, we move.

Screening was successful. Everything you need to know is already on the thread. But I'd advise, if there's anyone still yet to write, dress like a northerner. Don't wear suit. Lol. It's not necessary.

I went by road from Abuja. I alighted at television garage in kd. From there I went to my friend's place at Narayi. So from Narayi, I took keke to kasuwa. From kasuwa, I took another keke of 70 naira to the venue.
