I recently resigned as a Frontend Software Engineer at EDUREX Academy / NEWAGE Solutions, both companies are owned by the same person and use the same office, you know as this thing works, Edurex is the parent of NEWAGE Solutions and I cannot stress enough how awful my experience was. This company is an absolute nightmare, and I strongly urge anyone considering working there to run in the other direction.

The office policies are a complete mess. The company routinely delayed salary payments, sometimes by several months. It was a constant struggle to get the pay I had rightfully earned. In fact, I need to beg to get paid or someone begging on my behave to get paid, not just me but the rest of the staff in both companies. The CEO even believed that it was his right to owe salaries, it is the audacity for me. The workspace was also completely substandard - cramped, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. Focusing and being productive in such an inconvenient environment was nearly impossible.

However, the worst part was the toxic work culture. The management was incompetent and created an atmosphere of fear and anxiety. Employees were frequently berated and made to feel worthless. You will definitely get sacked if you ask for your salary too much or for no tangible reason(s). There was a complete lack of support, and any attempts to provide constructive feedback were brutally shot down. It was a daily struggle just to get through the workday, it was worst for the Edurex staff. As a developer, I worked for NEWAGE Solutions which is the software solution part of the company.

Overall, my time at EDUREX Academy / NEWAGE Solutions was an absolute nightmare. The bad policies, terrible workspace, and toxic culture made it nearly impossible to excel or even enjoy going to work. I am so relieved to have gotten out of that toxic environment, and I strongly caution others to avoid this company at all costs. There are so many better opportunities out there - don't settle for this level of abuse and misery.

To crown it up their staff turnover is extremely high in fact the same day I resigned about 90% of the company staff resigned because of this same issue. The remaining ones left are the loyalists of the CEO who also suffer the same faith as ours. They still owe us one month's salary and I heard from others that they said they should forget about it but I was not told that, I was told they will pay me but when they will pay is what I don't know and I am sure they are not ready to pay that money but in case they do I will let you know.

In all, my experience as bad as it may seem is far better than others. You need to read other people's reviews someone's personal laptop got damaged while working while she has not been paid the previous month's salary and yet 32k was deducted from her salary. Another lady who gave her all to the company that we all know got a 33k deduction in this Tinubu Economy and they are still owing both of them one month's salary, It is the audacity for me. All this happened in one day hence, 90% of the staff resigned.

Save yourself the stress with this app and reset the mifi in the system setting. That will clear the sms issue. Hope it works for you. You'll be required to use the default login details (admin-admin), possibly your wifi key at the back of the modem too after the reset is done.
