He said that Nnamdi Kanu is sad and angry that some people may be hiding under agitation to commit criminal acts

He reiterated that Kanu is against the killing of Soldiers, enforcement of sit at home or denying children the opportunity to take exams.

Iwuanyawu said that if IPOB or Nnamdi Kanu were responsible for insecurity in the East, they would not enjoy the widespread support they have today in that area. Iwuanyawu said that Nnamdi Kanu is a manifestation of the discrimination against Igbo people in Nigeria. He reminded the reporters that some Yorubas are asking for Oduduwa Republic, some Ijaws are asking for a seperate country, some Northerners are doing the same, so agitation to leave Nigeria is nothing new. He called for the release of Nnamdi Kanu through a political process

He reiterated that the only way to solve the problem of Nigeria is to restructure the country and give powers back to the federating units so everyone can develop according to their talent. He said that the constitution has given whoever is President of Nigeria too much powers he or she shouldn't have. He ended by saying that if Nigeria refuses to restructure, nothing will change.

Free Nnamdi KANU for sake of peaceful coexistence and national cohesion.

You don't build a stable nation when a segment is fully aggrieved and feel alienated from mainstream administration. Nnamdi KANU represents conscience of Igbo nation and it's imperative you dialogue with him to find what exactly the grievances are. Keeping him in perpetual incarceration will further exacerbate the ill feelings and resentment to Nigerian course.

It's not only Nnamdi KANU. Other separatist agitators across the country should be called to round table meeting for meaningful dialogue and resolution.

Mrs Sanya, a Rice merchant has lost her life because of the shock arising from the demolition. Her N50 million sales for the week she kept in the shop were brazenly stollen during the demolition. She passed out.

Only three days notice were given to evacuate the place. Why only three days?

Lagos state government should take a second look at the demolitions across the state. The people are getting poorer with this spate of demolitions.

Businessman Ayiri Emami reveals Ajayi Crowther student beaten to death is a Prince in Uvwie and Warri kingdom

Businessman, Ayiri Emami, has revealed that the 200-level student of the Ajayi Crowther University (ACU) in Oyo State, identified as Alex Timileyin, who was allegedly beaten to death by a group of students for allegedly stealing a mobile phone, is a prince in Uvwie and Warri kingdoms in Delta state.

It was earlier reported that the late Timileyin was beaten to his death in his hostel known as Shepherd Inn on the school premises on Saturday, May 25, 2024. A video posted online showed the deceased rolling on the floor while other students were beating him with sticks. The school authorities have since expelled the indicted students and handed them over to the police.

The incident has sparked widespread condemnation with many calling for the prosecution of the students.

In a video he recorded on Sunday, Ayiri mentioned that the deceased is a Prince in both Uvwie and Warri kingdom and called on the Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde, to ensure that the matter is not swept under the carpet.

Investigations show that the Late Timileyin was the son of Princess Antonia Emiko, daughter of Olu Erejuwa II (1951-1986), and an aunt of the current Olu of Warri. He was also a first cousin of His Majesty, Ogíamè Atuwatsé III CFR, the Olú of Warri Kingdom.

AAyiri Emami should be careful not to exacerbate the situation. His threat can't bring Alex back to life. Peaceful resolution is the answer.

We sympathise with the family for losing a loved one. But threats of retaliation is not the answer. And can never be the answer.

But if Ayiri wants to cry more than the bereaved,he will be dealt with in a professional and incisive skill. He should remember how he was dealt with by Tompolo Boys in 1996 Ijaw/Itshekiri crisis.
