The defense is far from the truth.Up till today many Contractors who did jobs and were certified in 2013 UBEC jobs through Kwara SUBEB are still been owed .Tenders were called for 2014 & 2015 jobs and Millions was spent by Contractors to bid.The Tenders were opened in January 2017 but up till today nothing came out of it.
