Can. You show pictures of the final product of the house you were building. I am interested in using this for a warehouse.

Also can you compare it to block construction sat on a 3 bedroom bungalow.

I need someone can can do a good borehole in Maya, Ikorodu, the site had been excavated about 10 meters and is close to a canal so the water table should be good.

I would like to start very soon.

Need a bricklayer and quote for fencing 2 plots in Ikorodu. Work to start as early as next week. Recommendations would be appreciated. Preferably someone in Ikorodu to minimise overhead cost.

We have many people advertising for services and their goods here but we don't actually know who is good.. until another Nairalander who have used them can vouch for them. Unless they want to remain anonymous which of course is not good for their business.

It looks like we are about to start the process of building this warehouse.

Unfortunately, unlike residential building, there isn't much on NL about commercial buildings. We hope to document the construction process to help others as this forum has helped me in the past.

So far- We got NL's LAWYER to do a search that turned up ok. I was sceptical at first but i am glad we engaged him. The seller was very impressed by the depth to which he probed them and the verification done was very helpful. Great job oga.

Design plan - A testament to why we must alway do our best and try to help others, because in the end we end up helping ourselves. I posted the request for help about this building innocently hoping to get little help. Abdulwastecx came here and blew my expectations by taking his time to educate us on what it would cost. I took the conversation offline with him and i must say i have been impressed with him all the step of the way. I look forward to a great design and hope we can share it here for others to learn from.

Survey - Was completed by a non NL surveyor. I will invite him so he can follow the process. I am sure he can be of help to many of us especially concerning Lagos state survey matters.

Fencing - We are in the process of fencing and I am trying to get someone from NL so they can teach as the do the work. I am looking for someone to take the task. Being that its just fencing work for now, i can't invite the big boys of NL. i will let you know of any updates.

The problem is that half the lawyers out there are owning tenants in their own flats. so they act hungry. i have someone in the same situation.

please anyone that can recommend a good and diligent lawyer that will do the work and not act hungry. The property is in Ketu and he has up to 15 tenants in 1 and 2 bedroom flats. He wants to clear the house and renovate. Even PHCN has cut off light because tenants owe 600k yet they refuse to move. They refuse to pay tenement rate.

Please anyone that can recommend a good diligent and honest lawyer.

Nice work please share the plan and the cost if possible. i am very much interested in the dimensions of the terrace houses. i want to do same but want 3 bedroom so maybe i will go up another level.

I just have an observation and suggestion. The side walls of the terrace house should have windows. Instead of have just block work on the sides, window will bring in more ventilation, more lighting and overall more ascetics to the building. it will also add value compare to the middle unit. it's a fix that can still be done before proper finishing commences.

i live in a terrace house now with the same ugly side that is facing the street. Add some character with window for ventilation and light. it will even make the rooms seem bigger.
